don’t educate…engage instead
product features and benefits are important but that’s not what will turn your audience into clients. don’t “educate” your audience about your product benefits, inspire them instead. poke their curiosity, engage with them. be interesting, hook them, make them laugh, make a statement, be provocative. be interesting and different.
stop thinking about how to sell a product or service and start thinking about how to engage with your audience and how to capture their imagination and hearts.
