if you are like most people, you know you won’t work as hard during a workout session as if you have a personal trainer or coach pushing you to do so.
if you have a good personal trainer or coach you end up hating him or her during your workouts. this hate turns into appreciation when you see the results and feel proud of what you have accomplished as you know you wouldn’t have done so without him or her.
so to get the best possible results, to push our boundaries and stretch our limits during our workouts, we look for trainers or coaches.
