Culture is not the perks an organization offer its staff.  Culture is the result of the behaviours and interactions predominant in an organization. It’s the quality of the relationships of your team, working towards a shared goal.

When you’re a small team culture is easier to manage but as you grow and hire more people, it becomes harder to manage and preserve. It can easily grow and morph into something else.

So how do you create the right culture and maintain it as your organization grows?

You can’t take your culture for granted. It’s not a destination you arrive at. It’s a constant journey that you need to safeguard ensure you’re on and stay on the right path.
