the importance of confidence

if there is one thing that you focus on strengthening for yourself, your company, your client or your staff it should be confidence.

a weak idea delivered with confidence can gain more support and trust than a good one delivered with hesitation and insecurity.

lack of confidence is met with distrust and skepticism. confidence in the other hand displays security and assurance.

if you don’t believe in yourself, your product or your abilities, it shows. you have to trust yourself first in order to get others to trust you.
